Returns

It is not possible to return items. As all pieces are made to order and handcrafted with care, we do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at miraalscouture@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos so we can assist you accordingly.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 7 days of purchase. Please email us with your order details and concerns, and our team will guide you through the next steps. International exchanges are not possible due to local customs restrictions.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all garment tags attached. Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or staining will not be accepted for exchange.

Customers are responsible for all courier, customs, handling, and any other related charges involved in the exchange process.

Items may be exchanged for another product of the same value or lower value. If you choose an item of lower value, the remaining balance will not be refunded or adjusted.

 

Refunds

Due to local currency regulations, refunds are not possible. In eligible cases, exchanges will be offered instead.
