ORDERS

All orders placed on the Miraals Couture website are subject to acceptance and availability. Items added to your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until checkout is completed.

Most of our pieces are custom made and handcrafted upon order. In certain cases, we may offer the option to place an advance payment for designs that are scheduled for production. Advance orders will be prioritized once production is completed.

If, due to production delays, fabric availability, or quality control issues, we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email. In such cases, an exchange option will be offered in line with our policy.

We maintain records of transactions for internal and legal purposes.

PRICING POLICY

All prices listed on the Miraals Couture website are displayed in PKR unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other related charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further details before placing an order.

SALE PRICE POLICY

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for price adjustments. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted price, no adjustment will be offered if the price is reduced further.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Your order is accepted once it has been processed and prepared for dispatch. Miraals Couture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment authorization fails, the item is unavailable, or in cases of pricing or technical errors.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, an exchange will be offered in accordance with our refund policy.

PAYMENT

We accept payments through approved online payment methods as available at checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and authorized for use. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. Miraals Couture does not store credit or debit card details.

While we take reasonable measures to ensure website security, we cannot be held liable for unauthorized access beyond our control.

PROMOTION CODES

Promotion codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise and must be used within the specified validity period.

DELIVERY

Once your order has been dispatched, ownership of the goods transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production time, courier delays, or customs clearance processes for international orders. Miraals Couture is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.

If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you accordingly.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please refer to our dedicated Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.

  • Returns are not possible.
  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase.
  • International exchanges are not possible due to customs restrictions.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for courier, customs, and handling charges related to exchanges.
  • Refunds are not available due to local currency regulations. Exchanges will be offered instead.

Color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
